Responsibilities

• Greet, thank, make eye contact and engage with customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Process fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and handle any transaction mistakes.
• Prepare quality food using equipment (fryers, ovens, slicers) per FiveStar guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggesting additional items.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas (deli, sales floor, cooler) to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots and all areas around the store.
• Follow safety rules and comply with all laws and company policies.
