Job summary

WSS is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Fontana, CA. You will greet customers, answer questions about merchandise, and guide purchases while maintaining stock and shelving. You’ll balance the register, process returns, and support promotions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include providing friendly service, handling cash, assisting with shipments, and upholding visual standards and loss prevention practices daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER FOCUSED: Greet customers, smile, eye contact; handle several customers at once.
• Answer questions about merchandise to customers’ level of expertise.
• HAVE FUN!: Lead customers to merchandise, provide options and explain features/benefits.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints with management as needed.
• RESPECT: Always treat all associates and customers with respect; manage cash at start/end of shift.
• INTEGRITY: Follow cash handling policies; keep register area clean and stocked; support POS tasks.
• TEAMWORK: Help achieve store sales goals; offer WSS Loyalty; unload and stock merchandise; adjust displays.
