Job summary

WSS is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and handle cashier duties in our California stores. You will assist customers on the floor, process transactions, and help keep shelves stocked while ensuring accurate promotions.

We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and perform cashier functions.
• Keep selling floor stocked and sign promotions.
• Process shipments and maintain stock levels.
