Job summary

Sutherland Global is seeking Customer Service/Emergency Services Representatives to support a public utility client. Roles include working two days from home and three days onsite per week at the Tysons area location in McLean, VA, with 24/7 coverage expectations and weekend availability.

Because our client is a public utility, we support them and their customers 24/7. Employees must have full availability to work various shifts and able to work at least one weekend day.
