Sutherland seeks Customer Service Representatives for Tysons, VA. This full-time role blends work-from-home (2 days) and onsite (3 days/week) at 7901 Tysons Corner Center, McLean. You’ll support a public utility client with professional communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Representatives - Tysons, VA

• Full-time
• Compensation: up to USD 20.5 - hourly

This job requires you to work at home 2 days and onsite 3days/week at:
7901 Tysons Corner Center (Suite E9l), McLean, VA 22102

We’re Sutherland and we’re seeking Customer Service/Emergency Services Representatives. Join us and support one of our public utility clients while working with leading technologies and systems as well as a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.

Because our client is a public utility, we support them and their customers 24/7. Employees must have full availability to work various shifts and able to work at least one weekend day.

• Internet access speeds of at least 5Mbps upload and 30Mbps download – the faster the better!
• In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
