Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our team in southeastern Pennsylvania. You will assist the Lead Plumber on service calls, build rapport with customers, and support the team with accurate troubleshooting and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Plumber on all plumbing service calls, be efficient and accurate.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism to win referrals and repeat business.
• Assist in troubleshooting jobs and follow quality checklists.
• Support lead Plumber in keeping a clean, organized job site and truck inventory.
• Participate in on-site training to master technical competency.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork.

The Big Task For a Plumbing Apprentice

We're looking for exceptional Plumbing Apprentices who can deliver world-class customer service.

As a Plumbing Apprentice you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality of service, every time.

Key Sub Tasks For a Plumbing Apprentice

• Assist Lead Plumber in all Plumbing service calls; be efficient and accurate.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Assist in properly troubleshooting jobs; adhering to quality checklist.
• Support lead Plumber in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all formal exercises led by our Plumbing Technical Trainer in our on-site Training Center and on-the-job training to master technical competency.
• Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call responsibilities
• Overtime

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
