Job summary

Sysco Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide direct support to Account Executives (AE), Marketing Associates (MA), and customers. The CSR helps resolve customer needs quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing orders, preparing will-call orders, handling credits and invoices, and coordinating same-day deliveries. A high school diploma and call center experience are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer support or outside foodservice sales coordination experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Strong telephone communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions.

• Manage the same-day deliveries for the Operating Company (OpCo).
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY
