Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Job Duties

• Liaison between customers and sales staff
• Answer incoming calls
• Investigate errors
• File claims
• Intercept shipments
• Personal point of contact for customers and staff
• Confirm shipments
• Provide assistance to potential new distributors
• Forward sales leads
• Provide production information to customers and staff
  
  
  

Data Entry For

• Processing orders
• Updating customer accounts
• Log claims for freight companies
• National account order forms
• Pricing
• Process various reports
• Map “ship-to’s” and item cross reference in MAPADOC
• E-mail invoices to customers upon request
• Distribute incoming faxes
• Retrieve orders from several order processing partners

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalentWritten skills for email communication
• Customer Service experience
• Computer skills: word, excel, e-mail (Mas 200, Lotus Notes and UPS/FedX/Expressworks a plus)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of customer concerns, complaints and situations
