Job Details

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

1. Liaison between customers and sales staff
2. Answer incoming calls
3. Investigate errors and file claims
4. Intercept shipments and confirm shipments
5. Serve as a personal point of contact for customers and staff
6. Assist potential new distributors and forward sales leads
7. Provide production information to customers and staff

Data Entry Tasks

1. Processing orders and updating customer accounts
2. Logging claims for freight companies
3. Handling national account order forms and pricing
4. Processing reports and mapping in MAPADOC
5. Email invoices and distribute incoming faxes
6. Retrieve orders from processing partners

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience

• Ability to handle customer concerns and practical problems
