Job summary

Farm Boy is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to deliver exceptional customer service and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will greet customers, stock displays, handle merchandise with care, and follow Health & Safety guidelines, including hygiene and proper equipment use. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Retail experience is valued, and internal promotions are encouraged. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering engaging customer service.
• Retail experience is a plus; an education/experience equivalent will be considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organization.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions with standing for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s standards.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise with accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas including housekeeping.
• Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support teammates as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
