Rachel Johnson Insurance Agency Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver quality service, review asset protection, and build rapport with clients. You will handle inquiries, policy updates, and guide customers through claims while supporting agency growth.

We value extroverted, empathetic team players who communicate clearly and stay detail-oriented. After 3 months, base salary assessment may raise pay with additional earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Virginia Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license through the state of Virginia with the mindset additional licenses will be required and paid for by the agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative at Rachel Johnson Insurance Agency Inc, you are expected to provide quality customer service while also uncovering and reviewing proper asset protection. Attention to detail, customer service skills, and the desire to help people are all attributes we are looking for. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. You must be extroverted, love talking and building rapport while also placing the needs of our customers first.
