KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work closely with the agent to set and achieve sales and marketing objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Previous sales experience (whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals / quotas is a plus.
• Strong ability to connect and relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license is required within 30 days of hire.
