Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Location: Pearl, MS.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jason Quin - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of the agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate community member needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Employ exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business development.
