An independent insurance agency in Nicholasville, KY is seeking a full-time Agent Team Member. In this role, you will build customer relationships, provide excellent service and educate clients on their insurance options. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Training and licensing for Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance, will be provided. The position offers a competitive salary and growth potential within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
