Job summary

Richard Canady - State Farm Insurance Agent is hiring an Agent Team Member to build relationships with the public, provide friendly service, and educate customers on insurance options. The role offers hourly pay plus commission and growth opportunities within the agency.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team while pursuing required Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses. Training and licensing support are provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.


• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.


• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
