ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Donovan Hawkes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phones, transfer to appropriate team members.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist with other customer services tasks as assigned by Agent.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ideal schedule would be 4-5 hours per day, possibly 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm. Flexible on hours.

Compensation: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
