Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chad Dawson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  
  

Qualifications

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Our office is open M-F 8:00 - 5:00pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• I am a proud graduate of Baylor University.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
• We have 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
