Now in her eighth year as a successful State Farm agent, Kandiss brings a unique background to her role in risk management, with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a decade of experience in the ER of a Level 1 Trauma Center. While she once witnessed the limitations of her team’s ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kandiss Ecton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
