Job summary

Kelly Manning State Farm Agent in Beaverton, Oregon is hiring a Customer Service Representative to build relationships and promote auto, home, and life insurance products.

You will educate customers using a needs-based approach, support marketing goals with the agent, and grow your skills through mentorship, licensing assistance, and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (outside/inside sales, retail or telemarketing).
• Self-motivated and reliable with a customer focus.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in processing insurance needs.
• Property and Casualty license must be obtainable.
• Life and Health license must be obtainable.
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm schedule availability.

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Beaverton, Oregonb is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Kelly Manning State Farm, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

• Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

*** $1,000 Bonus at 6-Months upon successful completion of Property/Casualty and Life/Health licensing and meeting production goals. ***

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
