Job summary

TEKsystems in Plattsburgh, NY seeks a Customer Service Specialist – Healthcare Services to support patients with home medical equipment and services. This 4-month contract-to-hire role is onsite five days a week, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include handling calls, processing orders, scheduling deliveries, educating patients on costs and insurance, and entering data in EMR systems. Benefits are included; end date is Sep 30, 2026.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
