What You'll Be Doing

As a Sports Fanatic Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for a vibrant fantasy sports community. You'll resolve customer issues and provide support exclusively through written communication channels, including:

  • Chat
  • Text
  • Email
  • Social Media
  • Direct Messaging
  • Other non-verbal platforms

Your goal is to ensure every customer interaction is exceptional, providing quick answers, compassionate consultations, and effective solutions with a smile.

A Typical Day Involves:

  • Responding to incoming customer communications.
  • Connecting with and resolving customer issues using only written communication.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience from retail, banking, contact centers, consumer electronics, or similar fields.
  • Able to commute to the office in Greenwood Village, CO
  • Strong interpersonal skills developed through service industry roles.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • An unwavering love for sports – seriously, you know every match, play, and highlight!
  • Ability to engage professionally and effectively with the fantasy sports community, teammates, and leaders.
  • Tech-savvy with a flair for fantasy sports – you're comfortable navigating the online world to support our community.
