Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking a SENIOR Customer Service Representative, preferably with the ability to speak fluent Spanish to join our team.

What you will do:

1. Create new orders
2. Check part availability and pricing
3. Provide leadership to more junior team members
4. Address complex customer issues
5. Process returns and payments
6. Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 5 pm (ideally would stay until 6 to 6:30 pm)
7. Hours over 40 hours/week paid at 1.5x hourly rate

What we are looking for:

1. Experience in customer service, managing, and/or auto part distribution
2. Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)
3. Good communicator, team player and reliable
4. Computer-savvy: enter text, enter data, navigate screens etc.
5. Auto parts knowledge preferred (not required - will be trained)
6. Can pass a background check

Pay dependent on fit for position and experience.
