The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers with account-related questions, payments, and issue resolution. This role ensures a positive customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving concerns, and providing clear and accurate information. The Customer Service Representative partners with internal teams to maintain accurate account records, follow established workflows, and meet quality and productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment.
