Position Details

MUST LIVE IN OKLAHOMA

All shifts are Monday - Friday.

Modivcare is looking for optimistic individuals to join the team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). You will play a part in making a positive impact on members' lives by being the first contact for questions about our service offerings. As a CSR, you will resolve member concerns while ensuring requests are processed accurately and promptly. You will follow structured protocols and scripts to document conversations, ensuring consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Your daily interactions will involve answering members’ transportation questions and supporting their journey towards positive health outcomes.

Work From Home Requirements
  • High-Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload. Proof of speed test required.
  • Ability to directly hardwire to your modem.
  • Dedicated work area separated from living spaces, providing privacy for reviewing sensitive documents.
  • Attend 100% of training sessions, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and document customer concerns accurately and promptly.
  • Follow all company procedures.
  • Input accurate trip data into our systems.
  • Demonstrate commitment to high-quality work.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate department.
  • Multitask effectively across multiple systems.
  • Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • At least 6 months of contact center or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or more.
  • Ability to handle high call volume (up to 100+ calls per day).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to work independently with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00/hr

Positions are posted for a minimum of 5 days and can remain open up to 45 days depending on various factors. We encourage prompt applications.
