The position is full-time, requiring flexibility during business hours and occasional overtime or weekend work. Training is provided virtually for 8 weeks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• 1+ years of work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, or Medicare
• Customer retention experience

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within Eastern or Central Time Zone
• Secure a dedicated, private work area
• High-speed internet connection

Soft Skills:

• Ability to type and talk simultaneously
