In this client-facing role, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, coordinate reservations, and ensure accurate itineraries while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and helping clients plan memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
