You will handle inquiries, assist with bookings, provide destination information, and maintain accurate records across systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service-related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities
