You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, assist with luxury and leisure bookings, and maintain accurate records while delivering hospitality-driven service in a 100% remote environment.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact-from initial booking through post-trip follow-up-ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
