The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout every stage of their journey. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact-from initial booking through post-trip follow-up-ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their journeys to ensure a positive experience
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required
