You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, assist with luxury and leisure bookings, provide destination information, and coordinate reservations with attention to detail. A hospitality mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
• Experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or service-related roles preferred.

• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact-from initial booking through post-trip follow-up-ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
