Customer Service Representative - Remote

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative working remotely. Handle inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and clients related to pharmacy benefits, helping them understand and maximize their pharmacy distribution program.

Operating Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST; Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)

Work Requirements
  • Broadband internet (min 40 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload); Ethernet connection required
  • Private, quiet workspace at home
  • Computer, monitor, and headset provided
Responsibilities
  • Use computerized systems to respond to inquiries, document issues, and escalate as needed
  • Complete calls within established timeframes
  • Gather and document information, provide feedback, and adapt to changing customer expectations
  • Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity in interactions
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred
  • 1+ years of call center experience; healthcare experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills including Microsoft Office
Physical and Other Requirements

Ability to sit for prolonged periods, lift up to 10 pounds occasionally, and perform visual tasks. Must pass background checks, drug screening, and skills assessments.
