Join our team as a Customer Service Representative working remotely. Handle inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and clients related to pharmacy benefits, helping them understand and maximize their pharmacy distribution program.
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST; Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)
Ability to sit for prolonged periods, lift up to 10 pounds occasionally, and perform visual tasks. Must pass background checks, drug screening, and skills assessments.
