What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalation customer service calls and queries
- Verify customer contacts and account information
- Investigate and coordinate a wide range of customer issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain logs, reports, records, and files related to customer interactions
- Prepare customer billings and coordinate resolution of billing issues with relevant departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2+ years of related customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and relevant applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment or service-related role
- Familiarity with mortgage or real estate products and customer service activities
- Demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills
