Job summary

A leading staffing firm is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support clients in a fast-paced environment. This remote role requires handling customer inquiries and requires strong communication and computer skills. Training will be onsite for two weeks in Charlotte, NC, ensuring that candidates are equipped to manage customer service effectively.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's preferred.
  • Strong computer skills necessary with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls regarding billing and service issues.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Transfer calls to third-party vendors as needed.

Job description

This range is provided by LaSalle Network. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is looking for a Customer Service Representative! This position is remote and full-time. Please note that training will be ONSITE for two weeks from 8 am - 5 pm in Charlotte, NC. Our client is looking for an individual that has strong communication skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grown in a fast-paced environment. This company also provides a two-week training period and will provide equipment for you to utilize.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers in regards to any billing and service issues
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email or written correspondence in a timely manner
  • Act as a liaison between customers and service operators
  • Transfer customer to third party vendor to make payments
  • Initiate and terminate services as requested


Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's highly preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills required with Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as experience working in sales CRM's/platforms
