What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proper grammar
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience
- Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution
- Demonstrated customer service skills as a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
