Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and delivers excellent customer service with courtesy and professionalism. The role involves managing inquiries via phone and email, recording communications accurately, and using a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting. CSRs may also assess needs, explain programs, and promote services.

Location: This is a remote position within the United States.

Essential Job Functions
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement resolution plans efficiently.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and collaborate with other teams.
  • Analyze problems and determine solutions according to protocol.
  • Educate callers on program benefits proactively.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, attendance, and quality standards.
  • Use computer tools to process and document information accurately.
  • Build rapport with callers and adapt communication styles.
  • Provide accurate information about Sharecare’s programs and services.
  • Escalate and follow up on issues as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills
