Job summary

Avis Budget Group is looking for an energetic team member to assist customers on our airport lots in Phoenix, handling the rental and return process outdoors. You’ll check vehicles, input data on handheld devices, and support loyalty customers while delivering excellent service.

This role requires the ability to type, operate in outdoor conditions, and work flexible shifts. 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills including typing/data entry.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at airport rental lots during the rental/return process.
• Check cars and enter information into handheld devices.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist at exit gates or at return inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental experience.
