Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at our Tampa airport locations. In this outdoor role, you’ll help customers returning rental vehicles, greet them, collect keys, and record vehicle details.

You’ll ensure vehicles are checked in accurately and entered in the system, delivering friendly service and a smooth experience.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, strong customer service, basic computer skills, and willingness to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers returning rental vehicles; greet customers and secure keys.
• Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition; check cars into the system.
• Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately with friendly service.
