What You’ll Do

This is an outdoor role, assisting customers during the rental or return process at our airport lots. Responsibilities may include checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting at exit gates, or checking-in cars at return, all while providing excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, move throughout rental lot, and drive various vehicles
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Position requires on-site presence, not remote
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus
