Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration at R1 RCM

We are hiring for the Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration role at R1 RCM. This position involves assisting patients with their registration process at Ascension St. Vincent's Chilton Campus, ensuring a positive experience while collecting and inputting information accurately.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with registration, answer questions, and provide compassionate support.
  • Work efficiently across multiple screens and programs to gather and input patient data.
  • Handle high-volume calls and manage busy environments effectively.
  • Build rapport with patients to ease their anxiety during registration.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time, entry-level role with a pay range of $14.00 - $18.24 per hour, based on experience and location. No prior healthcare experience is necessary, as training will be provided. You must be vaccinated, pass a drug test, and a background check prior to hire.
