HeiTech Services is seeking a PART-TIME Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC operations. You will collect biometric information and guide applicants through the immigration process in a government environment.
No prior fingerprinting experience is required—paid training is provided, and candidates with customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Scheduling may require availability Mon-Fri up to 20 hours weekly.
Join a mission-driven team supporting the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC) as a PART-TIME - Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician). In this customer-facing role, you will assist individuals through the immigration application process by collecting biometric information and providing exceptional service in a professional government environment.
No prior fingerprinting experience is required—paid training is provided. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, administrative support, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, or security are encouraged to apply.
This is a regular PART-TIME position which may be scheduled for up to 20 hours per week.
Ability to speak a foreign language
Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a government clearance.
