Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Representative who loves people, sales, and social media. You’ll engage families, explain memberships, enroll new members, and be the friendly face of our brand from the first hello.

You’ll deliver outstanding service, greet families, handle questions, manage registrations, support events, and help grow our community with engaging content on Instagram and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural people-person with sales drive and customer service passion.
• Confident speaking with families on the phone and in person.
• Experience using Instagram, Reels, and other social media for marketing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enrollments by explaining programs and closing memberships.
• Deliver top-notch customer service; greet families and resolve concerns.
• Be a marketing and social media pro; create content and post on Instagram/Reels.
• Stay organized; manage schedules, registrations, and merchandise sales.
• Represent the brand as a warm, professional face of Goldfish Swim School.

• Drive Sales & Enrollments: Engage families in conversations about membership options, clearly explain our programs, and confidently close sales to grow our student base.
• Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service: Greet families with a smile (yes, even through the phone!), handle questions with patience, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Be a Marketing & Social Media Pro: Create engaging content, post regularly on Instagram/Reels, and collaborate with management to drive brand visibility and community engagement.
• Stay Organized & Efficient: Manage schedules, process registrations, handle merchandise sales, and support events like birthday parties and open houses.
• Represent the Brand: Be the warm, professional face and voice of Goldfish Swim School—making every family feel welcome from the first hello.
