Job summary

Goody Garage Doors, based in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers and help schedule service with a calm, solutions-driven approach.

You’ll support technicians and internal teams, manage call volume, and maintain clear documentation to ensure smooth service delivery. The role offers growth potential and comprehensive onboarding in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred; home services or emergency services experience is a plus
• Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus, but we will train the right person
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
• Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Shifts Currently Available

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Base Pay: $17–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Incentive Bonuses: Earn additional compensation based on performance
