CVS Health is seeking Customer Service Representatives for its Medicare Customer Service team. This fully remote role requires delivering exceptional support to Medicare Advantage members, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues. Candidates should have prior customer service experience, especially in health insurance, and be proficient in both English and Spanish.

About the Role
We are currently hiringCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs)to join our Medicare Customer Service team at Aetna, a CVS Health company. This is a fully remote opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Medicare Advantage members. This team may work with Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs).
Our CSRs are trusted advocates who provide proactive, compassionate, and knowledgeable support. We are committed to exceeding our members’ expectations and delivering a remarkable customer experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
