Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates, process work orders and ensure on-time delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and help build long-term relationships by guiding prospects into lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service, retail, or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional with a strong customer-first mindset
• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working at a computer, managing multiple projects, and handling detailed information throughout the day
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred (training provided as needed)
• Interest in learning about custom signs, graphics, and visual solutions for businesses
