Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center in Pooler, GA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves being the first contact for customers, preparing estimates, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and engage with customers in various channels to grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, responsive and eager to learn with ability to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Attend daily team meetings and help execute business and marketing plans for the center.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, in-person and on-site at their business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center


• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders


• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center


• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business


• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications For FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative
