Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ to be a key contact for customers, handling orders, requests and inquiries with timely, courteous service.

You will respond to calls and emails, assist with product selection, pricing, expediting, billing, credits and claims, and contribute to sales on inbound calls. This role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with pay ranging from $20.96 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• High School diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written correspondence professionally and timely.
• Enter orders and support billing, pricing, expediting, and order maintenance.
• Provide product selection and application support; coordinate service requests including credits and claims.
