Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho. You will be the main contact for customers, handling calls and written inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up.

You will also support product selection and application, and coordinate orders, pricing, expediting, billing and credits. The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate diverse customer situations with tact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School education required.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
