Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales and Customer Service teams by delivering exceptional service to customers.

You will manage accounts, update Salesforce records, and handle order processing and payment information with accuracy and professionalism. The role involves assisting with front desk duties, processing portal and Amazon orders, and escalating complex issues to senior staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and use company software (Salesforce, order systems).

Responsibilities

• Actively promotes Kele Companies' products and services to customers.
• Maintains customer and account information in Salesforce database.
• Sets up new customer accounts as per requests from the Accounting Department.
• Completes outbound calls to customers for payment information.
• Escalates complex cases to Senior Customer Service Team.
• Releases web holds from orders; enters portal orders; inputs address information into Amazon orders.
• Rotates with front desk duties; serves as overflow for Salesforce team cases.
• Participates in training opportunities to increase product knowledge and performance.
