Job summary

IU Health Brownsburg/Avon Urgent Care is seeking a Customer Service Associate to respond to patient and customer inquiries by phone and email, and to coordinate information with care teams.

You will gather and document patient details, process service requests, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues. A high school diploma or GED and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; 0–3 years of related experience is preferred. This is a full-time role with weekend shift coverage.

• Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12-hour shifts)

Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm

Must work 36 hours per week; holidays and weekends

Training:

Week 1: Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Week 2:Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
