TEKsystems is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a client in Albany, NY on a hybrid schedule. This entry offers an opportunity to get your foot in the door with upward mobility.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, updating customer information in the database, and performing administrative duties. Hours are 9:15am–6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $20 per hour. This is a contract-to-hire position.

Qualifications

• Recent customer service experience required, call center or retail preferred.
• Solid computer skills and aptitude with multiple monitors.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
